Los Angeles City Council Adopts Vision Plan
On February 4, 2009, the Los Angeles City Council adopted the CRA’s Mid-City Crenshaw Vision + Implementation Plan (Item No. 27). The Plan was adopted with 14 votes (14-0-1), allowing the use of $1,000,000 toward the construction and installation of public improvements in the Vision Plan area on Crenshaw Boulevard.
